Innovations on European Caseflow Management in Courts

Court efficieny has become part of the agenda in many justice systems. One measure to enhance court productivity is improving the caseflow. This book presents four contributions on caseflow management. The authors have examined the subject from various prespectives. The book contains contributions on experiences with caseflow management at the Swiss Federal Supreme Court, at the Lucerne Cantonal Court and in the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) as well as considerations on the specific needs of caseflow management in courts.
