»Prevention of Real Estate Speculation by Contract Design. With focus on Public Interest Considerations in General Terms and Conditions«: There is enormous demand for affordable building land almost everywhere in Germany. The market for land is therefore typically a seller's market, in which the latter can more easily assert his interests. This study aims to contribute to uncovering the currently inadequate conception of municipal property transactions and, in addition, to develop proposals on how real estate speculation can be more effectively prevented in the future.
