'The Admissibility of Using Digital Tools in the Drafting of Wills under Applicable Law': This thesis examines the question of whether and to what extent it is already possible under current law to use digital tools when drawing up a will. While other legal systems explicitly provide for the possibility of digital wills, Germany lacks corresponding regulations. The paper shows that, under the current legal situation, it is already possible to a certain extent to use digital tools when drafting one's last will and testament.
