'Testamentary Execution over a Sole Proprietorship. Between a Paradigm Shift in Company Law and Violation of Inheritance Law': The thesis examines the admissibility of testamentary execution over a sole proprietorship against the backdrop of the dynamics that the introduction of the UG (haftungsbeschränkt) has generated in the debate on this question. While, from the company-law perspective, its admissibility is increasingly being affirmed, the verdict of a violation of inheritance law con-tinues to loom over testamentary execution in this context. It is within this field of tension that the present study is situated.
