'Structural Works Agreements. Works Council Structures through Autonomous Allocation Agreements: Arrangements, Obstacles and Reform': The Works Constitution Act (BetrVG) is based on a rigid and centralized hierarchical organizational structure. Structural works agreements are the only possibility for the company parties to adapt the works structure by mutual agreement with normative effect. This thesis examines this autonomous possibility of shaping the works council structure, its deficits and possible reforms. In doing so, it also discusses other company-autonomous design options.
