Projektarbeit aus dem Jahr 2023 im Fachbereich BWL - Offline-Marketing und Online-Marketing, Note: 1, , Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Projektarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Bedeutung des Advanced Marketings.In der folgenden Projektarbeit im Bereich "Marketingmanagement und Sales" wird zunächst die Digitalisierung im Multichannel und Digital Marketing betrachtet. Das Ziel dieser Projektarbeit ist es, einen Wissensstand zum Thema "Multichannel und Digital Marketing" zu skizzieren und darauf aufbauend mit der Literaturrecherche den Wissensstand zu erweitern. Basierend auf diesem theoretischen Wissen wird dann Know-how mit einer Case Study "Multichannel-Marketing" in die Praxis transferiert. Die Projektarbeit gliedert sich in drei Abschnitte. Im ersten Abschnitt wird der Wissensstand im Bereich "Multichannel und Digital Marketing" skizziert. Dazu wird die Methode Brainwriting eingesetzt. Im zweiten Kapitel geht es um die Wissensgenerierung, dafür wird die Methode Wissensportfolio eingesetzt. Die Aufgabe dieser Methode besteht darin, sich durch Literaturrecherche vertieftes Wissen aufbauend zum eigenen Wissensstand anzueignen. Schwerpunkt des dritten Abschnittes ist die Case Study "Multichannel-Marketing". Dieser Abschnitt besteht aus zwei Aufgabenstellungen. Zunächst wird ein neues und modernes Multi-Channel-Marketing (MCM) für einen Freizeitpark in Deutschland entwickelt. Der letzte Punkt beschreibt die Umsetzung der Customer Journey.
