The courts are increasingly dealing with issues arising from the use of social networks by minors. The inheritability of a user account is just one example of the legal issues that occurs in relation to the use of social networks. The focus of this study is on the publication of images of minors, either by parents (so-called sharenting), third parties or the minors themselves.
