Analysis of Suitable Indicia under the Burden-of-Proof Rule of Section 22 AGG': One of the most widely debated issues in connection with Section 22 AGG concerns the question of under which circumstances sufficient indicative facts within the meaning of Section 22 AGG exist. The dissertation focuses on this question. To this end, the study first undertakes an in-depth examination of possible factual scenarios that may constitute suitable indicia. Subsequently, these constellations of indicative facts are evaluated and systematically categorized.
