Individualarbeitsrechtliche Anforderungen an Deutschland zur Gewährleistung angemessener Arbeitsbedingungen bei grenzüberschreitender Crowdwork
'Protection of Cross-Border Crowdworkers from Third Countries under International Labour Law. Individual Labour Law Requirements for Germany to Ensure Fair Working Conditions in Cross-Border Crowdwork': This thesis examines the protection afforded to cross-border crowdworkers from third countries under international labour law. In addition to conflict-of-law rules, it focuses on the standards concerning remuneration, discrimination, and occupational safety and health, drawing on the UN Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and selected ILO core labour standards. It develops reform proposals linked to international labour law at the national, European, and international levels.
