'Judicial Review during the Pandemic. An Analysis of Constitutional and Administrative Court Decisions on COVID-19 Measures': The author analyses around 1,630 constitutional and administrative court decisions concerning COVID-19 measures. The study first examines preliminary legal protection and explores whether it had a negative impact on the effectiveness of judicial protection. It then analyses the principles of parliamentary reservation, proportionality, and equality. Finally, the author turns to the challenges that courts faced during the pandemic.
