»Legal Concepts in Positive Law. Prerequisites and Review - Illustrated Using the Example of Aiding and Abetting. Simultaneously a Study on the Content of the Principle of Legal Certainty According to Article 103 II of the German Basic Law (GG) and the Certainty of Section 27 of the German Criminal Code (StGB)«: What criteria must a positive criminal norm fulfill in order to be methodologically correct as a "legal concept" and thus satisfy the constitutionally enshrined principle of certainty? And: How can norms that fail to meet these requirements be identified? At the interface of criminal law dogmatics, methodology, legal theory and constitutional law, this work seeks to answer these questions using the example of the aiding and abetting provision of Section 27 StGB of the German Criminal Code.
