'The Incorrect List of Shareholders of a Limited Liability Company. A Study of the Legal Relationships Between the Parties Involved': The list of shareholders has repeatedly kept the courts busy since its new regulation in 2008. This work has therefore set itself the goal of taking a closer look at the relationship between the company, the shareholder and, if applicable, the one listed as a shareholder in cases where the list of shareholders is incorrect. In doing so, it becomes apparent that the question of what actually constitutes the essence of association membership is also raised from a until now little-examined perspective. The classification under property law proves to be a certain constant. Building on this, the thesis develops a framework for the legal relationships between the participants.
