'Supply Chain Liability. Corporate and Directors¿ Liability in Light of German and European Supply Chain Due Diligence Legislation': This thesis examines civil liability issues under German and European law regarding due diligence obligations in supply chains. It focuses on the liability implications of these due diligence obligations for companies and their executive bodies. The thesis analyzes the liability of companies toward affected parties in the supply chain, the accountability of board members toward the stock corporation as well as the implications of the European Supply Chain Directive (CSDDD) and its implementation.
