Business Plan for the First CBD Restaurant in Germany. Effects and Potentials of the Hemp Plant

Contenu

Seminar paper from the year 2022 in the subject Business economics - Company formation, Business Plans, grade: 1,3, , language: English, abstract: Nowadays, many people think of the word "cannabis" directly in terms of smoking pot and have prejudices. But hemp is one of the oldest and most versatile useful and cultivated plants. This is exactly what we want to show the visitors of the first CBD restaurant in Germany. In our restaurant "CannaBowl" we present what is possible with the plant. The hemp plant is not only versatile but also sustainable and healthy. Due to its unusually high nutrient density, hemp is one of those foods that can definitely be called a superfood. In the form of seeds, oil, or nuts, it is rich in antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, B vitamins and all nine essential amino acids. In addition, all components of the hemp plant can be utilized and it requires little to no use of synthetic pesticides and herbicides in cultivation, keeping environmental impact low. The hemp plant also has a positive effect on the soil structure of the growing area. It suppresses the growth of weeds and improves the subsoil, which also benefits other organic crops. For these reasons, the hemp plant is ideal for organic and sustainable cultivation. We want to establish ourselves as one of the first CBD restaurants in Germany and support regional suppliers and global ecological projects together with our customers. In doing so, we would like to actively participate in the preservation of the environment and ecosystems. We also want to educate people about the potential of the hemp plant and restore its reputation.
