&lt;p&gt;Die Autorin nimmt interdisziplinäre wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse zum Anlass, um sich mit der Berücksichtigung von Entwicklungs- und Reifeprozessen innerhalb strafrechtlicher Bewertungen des allgemeinen Strafrechts zu befassen. Nicht die Diskussion von Altersgrenzen, sondern die entwicklungs- und altersangemessener Auslegung des allgemeinen Strafrechts ist Gegenstand der Arbeit. Die wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnisse, die eine Verlängerung der Entwicklungsphase Jugend konstatieren, werden in Beziehung zu den kriminologischen Erkenntnissen gesetzt. Die Rechtsprechung wird dahingehend analysiert, inwieweit sie den individuellen Entwicklungsstand des Angeklagten berücksichtigt. Ausgehend davon werden Perspektiven aufgezeigt, wie die im Jugendstrafrecht entwickelten Ansätze im allgemeinen Strafrecht fruchtbar gemacht werden können, insbesondere bei der Bewertung des bedingten Vorsatzes.&lt;/p&gt;

Nature is fluid, flexible, resilient, an adoption, adaptability balanced, resonating soundly. When we allow the management of situations in life to nature’s own course, whereas, we already inculcate a solid foundation knowledgeable fundamental prerequisites and skills irrevocably integral, and perfectly grounded, the blend then dissolute us as fluid. However, truth and best practices backup with confidence tune us such that, handling the system gets easy, “situational fluid adoption-adaptation”. This makes the best manager in “natural-management”. This is gravity. Gravity is all about nature, resilience, tendency, and energy. Albert Einstein posited that, “gravity is actually the bending of spacetime around matter”, i.e. flexibility. In bearing this in mind while approaching management issues in systems, and organizations, you would win before internal/external spectacles/competitors.This paper posited on five assumptions based on the life-span of an entity, and these, summed-up simply, implies gravity, a tendency that warps, and waxes capability, dexterity, intelligence, and energy towards becoming invincible-manager. Furthermore, it is worthy of note that information-processing and good communication skills is central to a successful system and management. Innovation, Between Science and Science Fiction

Seminar paper from the year 2016 in the subject Business economics - Business Ethics, Corporate Ethics, grade: 1,7, Leuphana Universität Lüneburg, language: English, abstract: The aim of this essay is to analyze to what extend quotations in academic articles and/or monographs that solely exist out of secondary and not primary sources are problematic from the perspective of academic ethics in general and business ethics in particular. Despite being an accepted tool in academic writing and research, the excessive use of secondary sources resembles the exploitation of foreign efforts in the procurement and analysis of primary sources. The research method of this essay is based on an extensive literature research to work out central aspects of academic ethics being relevant for the creation of academic articles and monographs as products of scientific communities. Furthermore, different philosophical approaches are consulted to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business ethics approach and its fundamental pillars. The analysis comes to the conclusion, that citations solely from secondary sources and in the absence of a comprehensive confrontation with primary literature harm central values introduced by the European University Institute as the cornerstones of integrity and good scientific practice. From a business ethics point of view, the conduct violates rules of proportion and endangers the beneficiance of (scientific) communities as it represents an act of selfishness to the own self-interest.
