Beiträge zum Strafrecht - Contributions to Criminal Law

&lt;p&gt;Die Autorin nimmt interdisziplinäre wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse zum Anlass, um sich mit der Berücksichtigung von Entwicklungs- und Reifeprozessen innerhalb strafrechtlicher Bewertungen des allgemeinen Strafrechts zu befassen. Nicht die Diskussion von Altersgrenzen, sondern die entwicklungs- und altersangemessener Auslegung des allgemeinen Strafrechts ist Gegenstand der Arbeit. Die wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnisse, die eine Verlängerung der Entwicklungsphase Jugend konstatieren, werden in Beziehung zu den kriminologischen Erkenntnissen gesetzt. Die Rechtsprechung wird dahingehend analysiert, inwieweit sie den individuellen Entwicklungsstand des Angeklagten berücksichtigt. Ausgehend davon werden Perspektiven aufgezeigt, wie die im Jugendstrafrecht entwickelten Ansätze im allgemeinen Strafrecht fruchtbar gemacht werden können, insbesondere bei der Bewertung des bedingten Vorsatzes.&lt;/p&gt;
