Se llamó Código Negro a un conjunto de medidas de castigo para las personas de raza negra emitidas temporalmente en situaciones de emergencia. Los Códigos Negros se aplicaron en las colonias españolas. El presente se promulgó en Puerto Rico, por Juan Prim, entonces gobernador de la isla. Este código pretendió prevenir la rebeliones de esclavos.El Código Negro de Prim seguía una larga tradición de medidas racistas y represivas en contra de la raza africana en Puerto Rico. En el año 1812, Salvador Meléndez y Bruna, entonces gobernador de Puerto Rico, prohibió el mero hecho de promover la abolición de esclavitud, entre otras represalias mucho más duras. Parecía existir un miedo a una rebelión o revolución masiva de negros.El militar español Juan Prim fue nombrado capitán general de Puerto Rico en octubre de 1847. Su mando duró solamente hasta julio de 1848, pero fue suficiente para implementar un temible y terrible «Código Negro». Mediante duras represalias intentó impedir la rebelión de los esclavos puertorriqueños.El Código negro de Prim autorizaba a los dueños de esclavos el castigarlos a su gusto, en casos de intento de escape, pues servía para«evitar que los demás sigan su ejemplo».El sistema tenía que proteger la supremacía blanca. Esto significa que todos los negros, no solamente los esclavos, estaban bajo control legal pues eran una amenaza. Prim comienza estableciendo penas a los delitos que«cometan los individuos de raza africana residentes en la isla, sean libres o esclavos».Esta primera referencia establece con claridad que no se trata de un sistema de control de los esclavos solamente. Los negros libres también estarían sometidos al control colonial.

Auf diesem hart umkämpften Terrain überlebt nur derjenige, der den momentanen Geschmacksnerv der Konsumenten trifft und nur wer die weitere Entwicklung voraussagen und somit Trends maßgeblich bestimmen kann. Angesichts der großen Produktvielfalt und Auswahlmöglichkeiten, sowie der damit zusammenhängenden Informationsüberflutung fällt es dem Konsumenten zunehmend schwerer sich für ein Produkt zu entscheiden. Nur wer mit einer überzeugenden Marketingstrategie die Aufmerksamkeit des Käufers auf sein Produkt lenkt, kann den Absatz nachhaltig sichern. Diesem Umstand ist es zu verdanken, dass Werbung sich zu einer tiefenpsychologischen Wissenschaft entwickelt hat, die sich mit allen möglichen Nuancen der Kundenbeeinflussung auseinandersetzt. Diese Bachelor Thesis befasst sich mit einer dieser Nuancen - dem Humor. Humor hat die beeindruckende Eigenschaft selbst austauschbare Produkte aufmerksamkeitsstark zu bewerben. Betrachtet man die deutsche Werbestruktur, ist nur jede fünfte Werbung witzig, während Humor in den USA das meist verwendete Kommunikationswerkzeug darstellt. Eine länderübergreifende Kommunikation der Werbebotschaft ist jedoch fraglich. Denn trotz der voranschreitenden Globalisierung sind kulturbedingte Ungleichheiten weiterhin zu berücksichtigen. Um erfolgreich in dem abweichenden Wertesystem verstanden zu werden, müssen kulturbedingte Faktoren berücksichtigt werden. Dies schließt den Humor ebenfalls mit ein. Abweichende Humorwertschätzung und –präferenzen oder sozial anerkannte Situationen, in denen Witze angebracht sind, sind Werbefallen, die beachtet werden müssen. Bevor der kulturbedingte Bezug zur humorvollen Werbung hergestellt wird, sind die grundsätzlichen Wirkungszusammenhänge von Humor und Werbung zu erfassen. Zunächst soll diese Arbeit Aufschluss über den aktuellen Stand der Forschung geben, um dann Chancen und Risiken für dieses Stilmittel detailliert aufzudecken. Anschließend werden die Einflussfaktoren auf die Werbewirkung analysiert, die das Unternehmen steuern kann. Basierend auf den kulturellen Dimensionen ist weiterhin der Einfluss der Kultur auf die Gestaltung einer humorvollen Werbung auf internationaler Ebene aufzuzeigen. Mit Hilfe einer exemplarischen Untersuchung von Werbespots aus den USA und China, wird der Einfluss der Kultur auf die Werbung beispielhaft aufgezeigt und die Notwendigkeit der kulturellen Beachtung verdeutlicht.

Contiene, además, un capítulo sobre las funciones esenciales de la Justicia, con ministerio público, abogacía pública (de la Unión y de los Estados), abogacía privada y defensa pública;- 5) de la defensa del Estado y de las instituciones democráticas, con mecanismos del estado de defensa, del estado de sitio y de la seguridad pública;- 6) de la tributación y del presupuesto;- 7) del orden económico y financiero;- 8) del orden social;- 9) de las disposiciones generales.Finalmente, viene el Acto de las Disposiciones Transitorias. El período constitucional del Perú propiamente dicho se inicia cuando el general San Martín proclamó la independencia del Perú, en la Plaza de Armas de Lima, el 28 de julio de 1821.El 8 de octubre de 1821, San Martín aprueba el Estatuto Provisional, que es con propiedad un estatuto de los derechos de las personas y de la estructura del poder. Quiso de esta manera plasmar un gran marco de acción del gobierno, mientras parte del territorio seguía ocupado por fuerzas españolas (en especial en la sierra) y esperar la reunión de un Congreso, que tomase las decisiones del caso.Posteriormente, tras la reunión del Soberano Congreso y mientras se hacía el debate constitucional, se aprobaron las Bases de la constitución en 1822, que en realidad no eran una constitución, sino los principios sobre los cuales se aprobaría la futura Constitución de 1823. A ésta siguió la de 1826, preparada por Bolívar, y luego las de 1828, 1834 y 1839. Con posterioridad, se sancionaron las de 1856, 1860, 1867 (de duración fugaz, pues solo se aplicó durante se meses, tras lo cual se restableció la Carta de 1860). En 1920 y 1933 se aprobaron nuevas Constituciones hasta llegar a la Constitución del Perú, vigente desde 1979.
