The Employment of Children as Actors and in Advertising, Considering International and EU Law': Taking into account aspects of labor and family law, the work deals with the legal implications of children's work in the media industry. It examines both the contractual employment relationships of children under national law and their implications under international and EU law. The thesis concludes with suggestions for improving the situation of children working in the media industry.
