Die Kontrolle der Computernutzung von Arbeitnehmern

'Monitoring of Employee Computer Usage': The widespread use of computers in the workplace opens up extensive possibilities for employers to monitor their employees. The thesis systematically examines the conditions under which such monitoring may be admissible. To this end, international, EU, and national legal sources are analysed. Based on this analysis, the work derives a proposal for a legal framework stipulating the monitoring of employees' computer use.
