'Infinite Statutory Law. The Admissibility of Unchangeable Clauses in Articles of Association in GmbH Law': The thesis examines the existing binding limits applicable to shareholders of a limited liability company (GmbH) within the framework of drafting articles of association. It demonstrates that infinite clauses are incompatible with the principles of sovereignty, maturity, and responsibility of legal participants, as well as with EU law. In addition, it submits a proposal that takes account of the need to introduce a legal basis for companies with tied assets.
