Einsendeaufgabe aus dem Jahr 2022 im Fachbereich BWL - Controlling, Note: 1,3, SRH Fernhochschule (Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Taxation), Veranstaltung: Corporate Governance, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die erste Aufgabe dieser Einsendeaufgabe befasst sich mit der Erörterung und der Zielsetzung des Begriffs "Corporate Social Responsibility" sowie die damit einhergehende Berichtserstattung von Unternehmen. Der Begriff Corporate Social Responsibility wird häufig durch CSR abgekürzt. Dieser stellt das Handeln von Unternehmen dar und die damit verbundenen Auswirkungen auf die Gesellschaft. Erstmalig wurde CSR von Howard R. Bowen im Jahr 1953 verwendet. Im Folgenden wird der Begriff der Nachhaltigkeit beleuchtet. Der Begriff Nachhaltigkeit wurde im 19. Jahrhundert erstmalig in Deutschland verwendet. Dieser wurde anfangs mit der Dauerhaftigkeit und der Erhaltung von Vorräten in Verbindung gebracht. Meistens bezog sich der Begriff zu Beginn auf die landwirtschaftlichen und forstwirtschaftlichen Aspekte.Zuletzt befasst sich die Arbeit mit interner und externen Unternehmenskommunikation. Die interne und externe Kommunikation dienen als wichtiger Indikator in Unternehmen. Hierbei spielt es keine Rolle, um welches Unternehmen in welcher Art, Größe oder welchen Bereich es sich handelt. In allen Unternehmen ist eine erfolgreiche und transparente Kommunikation erforderlich. Alle Personen, die eine Verbindung zu dem Unternehmen haben, kommunizieren täglich.

Das Gesetz zur Gewährleistung einer globalen Mindestbesteuerung für Unternehmensgruppen (MinStG) gilt erstmals für Geschäftsjahre, die nach dem 30.12.2023 beginnen. Im Fokus stehen multinationale Unternehmen (MNE) mit einem Jahresumsatz von 750 Mio. EUR. Vom Anwendungsbereich der MinBestRL erfasst werden darüber hinaus aber auch große inländische Unternehmensgruppen (Large-Scale Domestic Groups). Die Mindeststeuer soll als Nachversteuerungsregel eine eigenständige Ertragsteuer sein, die unabhängig von der Rechtsform Unternehmensgewinne von (internationalen) Unternehmensgruppen ab einer bestimmten Größenordnung erfasst.
Das Handbuch erläutert umfassend und gut verständlich die Regelungen des Mindeststeuergesetzes und gibt Praktiker:innen viele Beispiele und wertvolle Tipps für die Umsetzung in der Unternehmenspraxis an die Hand. Mit Hinweisen zur Governance und Einbettung ins Tax CMS.

The e-book describes and evaluates the status and functioning of the constitutional and governance systems of the Western Balkans countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Serbia), with regard to their EU-accession. As it describes the main branches of government functions, it may also be used as a handbook, which also identifies the bottlenecks of governance (especially the sensitive ethnic power sharing and representation issues) and critically examines the rule of law aspects. This comparative study covers all six countries of the region systematically, in terms of governance and rule of law. The e-book presents all major institutional fields of constitutional and administrative law: electoral system, ethnic issues, organisation of the state, separation of powers (legislative, executive, judiciary), administrative procedure, civil service, and constitutional adjudication.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Zsolt Szabó is associate professor at Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary. His research covers comparative constitutional law, especially parliamentary functions and legislation. He is Editor-In-Chief of the International Journal of Parliamentary Studies.

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Explores the burgeoning menstrual advocacy movement and analyzes how law should evolve to take menstruation into account.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Approximately half the population menstruates for a large portion of their lives, but the law is mostly silent about the topic. Until recently, most people would have said that periods are private matters not to be discussed in public. But the last few years have seen a new willingness among advocates and allies of all ages to speak openly about periods. Slowly around the globe, people are recognizing the basic fundamental human right to address menstruation in a safe and affordable way, free of stigma, shame, or barriers to access.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;i&gt;Menstruation Matters&lt;/i&gt; explores the role of law in this movement. It asks what the law currently says about menstruation (spoiler alert: not much) and provides a roadmap for legal reform that can move society closer to a world where no one is held back or disadvantaged by menstruation. Bridget J. Crawford and Emily Gold Waldman examine these issues in a wide range of contexts, from schools to workplaces to prisons to tax policies and more. Ultimately, they seek to transform both law and society so that menstruation is no longer an obstacle to full participation in all aspects of public and private life.&lt;/p&gt;

Im Verlauf wird neben allgemeinen Erklärungen zu den Theorien auch die Rolle des Vertrauens in den beiden Ansätzen erörtert. Nach einem Vergleich der beiden Theorien und den Auswirkungen der Theorien auf die Gestaltung der Corporate Governance wird im zweiten Teil der Arbeit anhand des Praxisbeispiels Wirecard erläutert, wie die Theoriegrundlagen angewendet wurden und welche Mechanismen zum Versagen der Corporate Governance in diesem Fall beitrugen.

Are there any countries now days that do not use products and parts made in Asia? In this sense Asia is a production base that supports the world economy. The entry of multinational corporations into Asian countries has been carried out from early on. But, it was the collapse of the socialist planned economy that clinched the expansion of MNEs into Asia. The collapse of the socialist planned economy was accompanied by the introduction of the market economy in the countries with the socialist planned economy. The ideology of neo-liberalism, with emphasis on the market economy, became the principle for the reconstruction of these countries.Against the backdrop of this global standard, the activities of MNEs in Asian countries have advanced. Accompanying this, the construction of an economic structure based on the MNEs has progressed there. This is the emergence of so-called Asian capitalism. However, the spread of COVID-19 and its countermeasures appear to be transforming this global order. As is well known, the spread of COVID-19 and its countermeasures are suppressing international human exchanges and logistics advanced by globalization and promoting the restructuring of local economies. In this context, the way of business activities in Asian countries probably defines the future world order.Based on this awareness of the issues, this book deals with various problems of the economy and business management, especially human resources, in Asian countries.
