AKAD Fachhochschule Stuttgart (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen), Veranstaltung: Prozessmanagement und Nachhaltigkeit, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, drei Instrumente zur Nachhaltigkeitszertifizierung im Einzelnen aufzuzeigen und zu erläutern. Anschließend wird eine kritische Betrachtung der Vor- und Nachteile des jeweiligen Werkzeugs durchgeführt. Daran knüpft die grundlegende Forschungsfrage an, welche Empfehlungen für die praktische Implementierung gegeben werden können. Wie gelingt es einem Unternehmen, die genannten Werkzeuge erfolgreich in die Organisation zu integrieren? Zu Beginn dieser wissenschaftlichen Ausarbeitung werden die grundlegenden Begriffe als Themeneinstieg gegeben. Anschließend sind die verschiedensten Instrumente zur Nachhaltigkeitszertifizierung aufgeführt und auf ihre Vor- und Nachteile untersucht. Mit diesen Erkenntnissen wird im nächsten Kapitel eine Empfehlung für die Integration im praktischen Umfeld ausgearbeitet. Den Abschluss bildet eine Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse, eine kritische Selbstreflexion mit Fazit.

Mémoire pour le Diplôme Intermédiaire de l’année 2021 dans le domaine Gestion d'entreprise - Banque, Bourse, Assurance, note: 1,5, , cours: Économie politique, langue: français, résumé: La présente étude se concentre sur l'adoption et l'impact de l'utilisation du mobile money sur le bien-être des ménages: une étude de cas des ménages de la ville de Mbandaka, dans la province de l'Équateur, en République Démocratique du Congo. 

Elle cherche à comprendre comment l'adoption et l'utilisation du mobile money influencent l'inclusion financière, la mobilité et la facilité des transactions entre particuliers de différentes entités, et par conséquent, le bien-être des ménages.L'objectif de cette recherche est double: d'une part, identifier le profil des individus qui adoptent le mobile money, et d'autre part, évaluer l'impact de cette innovation sur le bien-être des ménages de Mbandaka. Le premier objectif vise à exposer le profil socioéconomique des usagers du mobile money dans la ville. Le second cherche à déterminer si l'utilisation de la monnaie mobile a un impact significatif sur la vie socioéconomique des utilisateurs.

Cette étude cible principalement les utilisateurs de la téléphonie mobile disposant d'un compte mobile money, en s'appuyant sur un échantillon de 100 individus. Des informations sur leurs caractéristiques socioéconomiques ont été collectées avant et après l'adoption du mobile money. L'approche descriptive permet de détailler les caractéristiques des individus ayant adopté ce service. Les résultats montrent que les utilisateurs de la monnaie mobile préfèrent ce moyen de transaction aux banques et aux agences de transfert d'argent. En effet, 100% des utilisateurs enquêtés préfèrent les portemonnaies mobiles aux banques, et préfèrent également ces portemonnaies aux agences de transfert d'argent. Ces résultats confirment l'hypothèse selon laquelle le mobile money a un impact positif sur le bien-être des ménages de Mbandaka, car il offre des opportunités non négligeables et permet à 100% des enquêtés, exclus du système bancaire traditionnel, d'accéder aux services financiers grâce au paiement mobile.
