'The Criminal Liability Risks of Lawyers. An Insight into the Criminal Law Risks of the Legal Profession': The thesis examines the criminal liability of lawyers working in civil law. The first part deals with the problem of a lawyer's professional participation in an offence committed by his client. The work then turns to selected offences. As a result, the author concludes that the legal profession bears the risks of criminal participation and the perpetration of an offence. At the same time it is noted that it is endeavoured to keep the risk of criminal liability for lawyers as low as possible.
