'Condoning Criminal Offenses and Public Peace on the Internet. A Criminal and Constitutional Law Analysis of Sec. 140 No. 2 of the German Criminal Code': The thesis deals comprehensively with the offense of condoning of criminal offenses pursuant to Sec. 140 No. 2 of the German Criminal Code (StGB). Taking into account forms of expression specific to the internet, a criminal and constitutional analysis of the norm is carried out. It also focuses on the protected interest of public peace, which was most recently reinforced by the protection against dynamics in social media that might incite criminal acts.
