'Liability for the Harmful Exercise of Influence Pursuant to Sections 311 and 317 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) as a General Principle of the Law of Associations': This thesis considers the question of whether a universally applicable principle can be derived from sections 311 and 317 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) that can be transferred to group relationships other than the de facto stock corporation. The undertaken doctrinal categorisation of liability for the exercise of harmful influence, thereby raises the question of whether the liability concept set out in sections 311 and 317 AktG can be applied, in particular, to the GmbH group and the partnership group.
