»Corporate Governance in Listed Family Businesses«: The thesis examines the extent to which the legal requirements of a stock market listing are compatible with the special characteristics of family businesses, in particular the influence of the family on the company and securing the ownership position. The legal reality in family businesses is examined empirically in order to determine the fitting accuracy of the German Corporate Governance Code in family businesses and to normatively analysis the breaking points.
