'Consent Grounded in Fundamental Rights as an Expression of Self-Determination in the Context of Data Protection and Competition Law': The study examines the constitutional principles and requirements governing consent, and assesses whether the provisions of data protection and competition law comply with them. Drawing on the constitutional framework and taking into account the sanctions under unfair competition and antitrust law, it demonstrates how consent can be applied in practice - even by market-dominant companies and in the context of ¿paying with datä - whilst complying with Article 7(4) of the GDPR.
