'The General Order in Assembly Law - A Problem- and Practice-Oriented Analysis': Preventive general orders in assembly law often cover an indeterminate number of potentially future assemblies and have extensive temporal and spatial effects. The Federal Constitutional Court (BVerfG) has therefore expressed doubts as to whether such measures can still be reconciled with the significance of the freedom of assembly. This study examines the practical challenges arising in this context and provides guidance for the legally sound application of general orders under assembly law.
