'The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Issuing Police Expulsion Orders. Admissibility of Discretionary Administrative Acts by Artificial Intelligence in Light of General Administrative Law and German Constitutional Law, Using the Example of Police Expulsion Orders': The thesis addresses the question of whether the use of artificial intelligence for the fully automated issuance of a discretionary administrative act by the police is permissible in light of general administrative and constitutional law. Using a fictitious reference case and a supplementary provision, AI-supported fact-finding, subsumption, exercise of discretion and reasoning are analysed and measured against the guarantee of human dignity, the rule of law and the principle of democracy.
