 Für die 3. Auflage wurde das Buch vollständig überarbeitet, ergänzt und auf den aktuellen Rechtsstand gebracht. In einem neuen Kapitel wird ausführlich das Einführungsgesetz von elektronischen Wertpapieren dargelegt.
