 . Und das, obwohl wir angesichts explodierender Mieten und einer sich verschärfenden Wohnraumkrise vor allem in den Städten dringend eine Wende in der Wohnpolitik brauchen.
 
 Christine Hannemann, Deutschlands einzige Professorin für Wohnsoziologie, fordert in
