»Artificial Intelligence and Criminal Law. On the Capacity of Current Criminal Law with Regard to Producer Responsibility for Damage Caused by Deep Neural Networks«: The thesis examines the phenomenon of artificial intelligence (A.I. for short) from a criminal law perspective. Not least because there are various fears of >responsibility gaps< arising, it is being put to the test how capable the current German criminal law is of dealing appropriately with cases in which legal interests are violated by A.I. systems. The thesis hereby focuses on the question of the criminal liability of the manufacturers of such systems.
