Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2021 im Fachbereich BWL - Offline-Marketing und Online-Marketing, Note: 1,3, Fachhochschule Erfurt, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: "Lage, Lage, Lage" - kaum ein Faktor entscheidet im Handel so stark über Erfolg oder Misserfolg wie der Standort. 

Diese Hausarbeit analysiert systematisch, warum die Standortwahl als zentraler strategischer Erfolgsfaktor im Handel gilt. Von der begrifflichen Einordnung über Ziele der Standortentscheidung bis hin zur detaillierten Standortanalyse werden zentrale Einflussgrößen wie Lage, Wettbewerber, potenzielle Kunden, Kaufkraft und rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen fundiert aufgearbeitet. 

Besonders praxisnah wird die Thematik am Beispiel des Möbelkonzerns IKEA veranschaulicht, dessen Standortstrategie eindrucksvoll zeigt, wie Makro- und Mikroanalyse sowie Einzugsgebietsmodelle in der Realität angewendet werden. 

Die Arbeit bietet einen kompakten, wissenschaftlich fundierten und zugleich praxisorientierten Überblick über Standortmanagement im Handel - ideal für Studierende, Handelsmanager und alle, die strategische Standortentscheidungen besser verstehen wollen.
