L'optimisation fiscale en 2025 pour les entreprises

Gagner beaucoup d'argent et ne payer aucun impôt en 2025 en France, pays champion du monde de la pression fiscale, c'est tout à fait possible, et en toute légalité. C'est le but de cet ouvrage, montrer les principaux leviers d'action et aider à faire les choix les plus économes pour réduire la facture fiscale en s'appuyant sur les textes en vigueur et en les illustrant d'exemples concrets et pratiques. Il a vocation à s'adresser à tout public non initié avec à la clef beaucoup d'impôts à payer en moins.</p>


L'optimisation fiscale en 2025 pour les particuliers

Thèse de Bachelor de l’année 2009 dans le domaine Gestion d'entreprise - Achats, Production, Logistique, note: 17,5/20, Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes, langue: Français, résumé: Une entreprise souhaite réorganiser son approvisionnement, ainsi que ca production et ca distribution en visant les la minimisation des coûts totaux.La production est organisée sur trois sites  (w1, w2, w3), alimentés en module de création (b) par deux fournisseurs (z1, z2).  A l’issue de la production, les produits finaux (p1, p2) sont transportés dans deux entrepôts de transit (l1, l2) qui constituent le point de départ pour la distribution des produits finis aux dix clients (k1,…, k10).On trouve cependant dans la chaîne logistique quelques contraintes devant être prise en compte :Le premier fournisseur (z1) ne livre les modules de qu’à deux sites de production (w1 et w2), le deuxième fournisseur par contre livre à toutes les trois industries. De plus, les deux fournisseurs ont des capacités maximales de module de construction qui peuvent être livrés aux sites de production ainsi qu’une capacité maximale de transport de module de création entre les fournisseurs et les différents sites de fabrication.Les sites de production w1, w2, w3 produisent différentes sortes de produit (p1 et p2) : w1 fabrique le produit p1 et w2 le produit p2. La troisième usine peut fabriquer les deux produits. En outre, les trois sites ont des capacités maximales d’approvisionnement de module de construction. Ceci est lié à la place de stockage, qui est limitée.Le produit p1 se compose de deux modules de création, tandis que le produit p2 consiste en 3 modules de création (c.f Figure 2 : Arborescence de la production, p. 14)Les deux premières usines (w1 et w2) peuvent livrer les produits finis aux deux entrepôts, tandis que le troisième site (w3) fournit uniquement le deuxième stock (l2). De plus, un certain nombre de produits doivent être livrés aux entrepôts quotidiennement. En outre les deux entrepôts ont un débit journalier de 700 unités au maximum. Les entrepôts sont en sous-traitance et n’appartiennent en conséquence pas à l’entreprise.La distribution est faite quotidiennement à partir des deux entrepôts qui sont des entrepôts de transit, et n’ont en conséquence pas de stock. Les poids-lourds quittent les entrepôts à 02 :00 heures et se déplace à la vitesse de 75km/h. Or pour garantir les livraisons le plus vite possibles, les produits finis doivent être arrivés chez les clients à 09 :00 heures au plus tard. L’objectif de planification consiste ici en une minimisation des coûts totaux de la chaîne logistique et en l’organisation de celle-ci.

There is a link between the financial development and a real growth of economies. Financial development in combination with a growth in banking stimulates the entrepreneur’s action, and thus transfers resources from the traditional sector to the modern sector. This paper is divided into two sections. Section A is entitled ‘Monetary Economics’, and covers the following topics: Money in the macro economy, demand for money, supply for money, money and inflation, central banking and monetary policy, international financial institutions and policy, monetary market, and the Hansen Hickisian IS-LM curve analysis. Nurturing Sustainable Prosperity in West Africa

In The Artful Aussie Tax Dodger Lex Fullarton studies the impact of 100 years of taxation legislation in Australia 1915–2016.  He finds that despite the lessons of a century of actions and reactions of taxpayers and administrators little changes—despite entering a new century old habits are hard to break.

At Federation on January 1, 1901, the Commonwealth of Australia was empowered to impose income tax on its citizens. However, it was not until September 3, 1915 that it began a century of ‘tax reform’ when its first Income Tax Assessment Act was introduced. For 100 years, driven by the winds of various political and social interests, Australia ‘reviewed and reformed’ its tax legislation.  Fullarton studies that transformation.

Fullarton’s examination considers the oldest of tax planning entities—the British Trust (‘received‘ in Australia at colonisation)—, the introduction of Australia’s ‘reformed‘ consumption tax—its VAT, referred to as Goods and Services Tax (GST) in Australia—, an analysis of tax avoidance schemes, and finally government taxation reform activities over the century.

Fullarton notes that, just one year into a new century of taxation, the Australian Federal Government put forward a proposal to go forward to the past by repealing certain sections of the Income Tax Assessment Act and transferring Income Taxing powers back to the Australian States, a position which existed prior to 1936.

This book looks at how Australia’s tax legislation was grounded, added to, avoided, and evolved, until it went ‘Back to the Future’. It is a collection of studies compiled from a rich mosaic of experience and research conducted over 20 years of involvement in taxation law in rural and remote Australia.

Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2010 im Fachbereich VWL - Sonstiges, Note: 2,0, Christian-Albrechts-Universität Kiel (Institut für Volkswirtschaftslehre), Veranstaltung: Resource Economics, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Das am 11.12.1997 beschlossene Zusatzprotokoll zur Ausgestaltung der Klima-Rahmenkonvention der UN verpflichtet die Staaten der EU zur Reduzierung der Treibhausgase in Phase II von 2008-2012 um durchschnittlich 8% (Basisjahr 1990). Erreicht wird dieses Ziel durch die Zuteilung von Emissionsrechten im European Union Emission Trading System (Abk.: „EU ETS“). Dabei werden Emissionsberechtigungen (European Union Allowance Unit, Abk. EUA) an Emittenten aus den Industriebereichen Eisen- und Stahlverhüttung, Ko-kereien, Raffinerien, Zement- und Kalkherstellung, Glas-, Keramik- und Ziegel-industrie, sowie Papier- und Zelluloseproduktion verteilt. Sie berechtigen zur Ex-mittierung von einer Tonne Kohlendioxid (ca. 0,27 Tonnen Kohlenstoff). Dabei werden durchschnittlich weniger Rechte zugeteilt, als benötigt werden. Die Idee ist, dass CO2 Reduzierungsmaßnahmen durchgeführt werden, sobald der Aufwand geringer ist, als der erwartete Emissionspreis. Mit den Emissionszertifikaten wurde ein weiteres, knappes Gut eingeführt, dass als Produktionsfaktor bei der Herstellung von Produkten eingesetzt oder weiter-verkauft werden kann. Da allerdings für die Phase II (2008-2012) deutlich mehr Emissionsrechte ausge-geben wurden, als benötigt (Böhringer et al. 2008, S. 306), ist die Knappheit des Gutes in Frage zu stellen. Böhringer et al. (S.301 ff.) bezeichnen dies als Ineffi-zienz. Um Knappheit („Effizienz“) herzustellen, wird die Einführung einer natio-nalen Emissionssteuer diskutiert. Diese sorge zusätzlich für einen Anreiz Emis-sionen einzusparen (Vgl. insb. auch Anhang 1). Böhringer et al. (2008, S.301) stellen darauf aufbauend die Frage, ob die Einfüh-rung einer zusätzlichen, nationalen Emissionssteuer die Effizienz herzustellen vermag, sowie Umweltverschmutzung vermeiden kann

Payer le moins d'impôts et taxes possible, tel est le sens de l'optimisation fiscale. Cette démarche n'est pas réservée qu'aux seules multinationales qui défraient régulièrement l'actualité. Elle est à la portée de toutes les entreprises même les plus modestes. Point n'est nécessaire de concevoir forcément des montages juridiques sophistiqués. Il suffit souvent de revenir aux fondamentaux : maximiser les charges déductibles, minimiser les recettes et les bénéfices imposables, utiliser toutes les opportunités de défiscalisation offertes par l'Etat, privilégier une approche globale des situations fiscales de l'entreprise et de son dirigeant, sur le plan du bénéfice, des rêvenus, du patrimoine. C'est tout l'objet de cet ouvrage d'aider les professionnels à détecter les leviers d'action à leur disposition et prendre les décisions les moins onéreuses fiscalement, voire, en quelque sorte, de tendre vers une évasion fiscale totalement légale.</p>
