Housing Rent Dynamics in Voi Town and its Environs

Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2023 im Fachbereich VWL - Fallstudien, Länderstudien, Note: 1,7, Ostfalia Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Fachhochschule Braunschweig/Wolfenbüttel  (Fakultät Karl-Scharfenberg), Veranstaltung: Personalmanagement und Organisation, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Dies ist eine PEST-Analyse am Beispiel des Landes Dänemark. Es wird zunächst geklärt, was eine PEST-Analyse ist, danach werden die vier Faktoren (politische, wirtschaftliche, soziokulturelle und technologische Umweltfaktoren) in der Reihenfolge für das Land Dänemark durchgegangen. Die Arbeit beginnt mit einer Einführung in das PEST-Modell, der Einordnung in den Kontext und der Definition dessen. Im Anschluss daran werden die einzelnen Faktoren auf das Land Dänemark bezogen und analysiert, welche Besonderheiten und Faktoren eine Rolle spielen. Die Arbeit schließt mit einem Fazit. Für die inhaltliche Darstellung wird hauptsächlich auf Literatur zurückgegriffen, weniger auf Internetquellen. Die Arbeit wird die angesprochenen Punkte beleuchten und auch vergleichsweise das Land Deutschland zurate ziehen, um Differenzen aufzuzeigen. Das Ergebnis der Arbeit soll eine Analyse präsentieren, welche als erster Anhaltspunkt für die eingangs beschriebenen Möglichkeiten dienen soll.

PEST-Analyse Dänemark

Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2021 im Fachbereich VWL - Fallstudien, Länderstudien, Note: 1,0, Fachhochschule Westküste Heide, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Das Ziel dieser Hausarbeit ist es, aufzuzeigen, auf welche Ursachen die hohe Jugendarbeitslosenquote in Spanien zurückzuführen ist. Darauf aufbauend sollen die Folgen für die spanische Volkswirtschaft aufgezeigt und analysiert werden. Eine der wohl größten volkswirtschaftlichen Herausforderungen des Landes Spanien und der Weltwirtschaft stellt die andauernd hohe Jugendarbeitslosigkeit dar. Auch nach der großen Wirtschafts- und Finanzkrise im Jahr 2008 verharrt die Jugendarbeitslosenquote Spaniens, trotz positiver Tendenz, weiterhin auf einem unzumutbar hohen Niveau.

This can be because when you have lower nominal interest rate, thenyour domestic investor will benefit and country GDP will rise.

The study examines the relationship between employee performance and salary, establishes the relationship between job security and employee performance in Oyam Town Council. A cross-sectional survey design method was used in which secondary data was collected using a computer from authorized sources.The study used a sample size of 52 respondents from a total population of 60 and thematic analysis techniques were done with the help of Stata and a statistical package for social scientists software, after which inferential statistics were made. According to Omollo, as an input, an organization must have a statement, a philosophy, a series of programs and goals which focuses on the skills and talents of its employees for it’s success. All of these must be managed with care and guidance so that the organization’s mission, duration for it’s stability of the work and continuity is successfully accomplished. Therefore, the Motivation effect is a need inside employee’s demands and help to achieve it without irregularities, and motivating the employees broadens their skills to meet the organizational demands.In addition, every branch manager needs to have the responsibility to work with the staff and obtain out their individual needs and put them to the organization’s needs. This can be done by motivating employees. Every individual in an organization is motivated by some different ways and therefore, employee motivation is a reflection of the level of energy, commitment, and creativity that a Company’s workers bring to their jobs. A manager needed to motivate employees and subordinates towards the accomplishment of the organization’s vision. Therefore, motivation is defined as giving employees incentives that cause them to act in desired ways.

The Effect of Motivation on Employee Performance. Shown on the Example of Oyam Town Council, Uganda

AKAD Fachhochschule Stuttgart, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Das Finalziel der Arbeit ist es aufzuzeigen, welches der vier BRIC-Staaten das größte Marktpotenzial, für das ausgewählte hypothetische Unternehmen, aufweist. Um dieses Finalziel zu erreichen, wurden folgende Modalziele definiert. Zu Beginn soll eine theoretische Erklärung über die Berechnung und Definition des Begriffs Marktpotenzials erfolgen. Des Weiteren sollen eine Definition und Abgrenzung des Begriffs „BRIC-Staaten“ geschaffen und damit die theoretischen Grundlagen erklärt werden. Zudem soll der aktuelle wirtschaftliche Status der einzelnen Länder aufgezeigt und mit quantifizierbaren Werten belegt werden, woraus sich dann das jeweilige Marktpotenzial ergibt. Die vorliegende Arbeit besteht insgesamt aus vier Kapiteln, die sich jeweils in Unter-Kapiteln gliedern. Beginnend steht die Einleitung, welche die Problemstellung und das Ziel der Arbeit wiedergibt. Anschließend folgen die theoretischen Grundlagen, welche die Begriffe definieren und Grundkenntnisse für das Verständnis der restlichen Arbeit geben sollen. Im Hauptteil der Arbeit folgt dann die tatsächliche Potenzialanalyse der einzelnen BRIC-Staaten und eine Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse inklusive einer kritischen Reflexion. Das Fazit bildet gemeinsam mit einem Ausblick das finale Kapitel des Assignments. Hier sollen nochmal die Ziele der Arbeit klar beantwortet und die Erkenntnisse grob zusammengefasst werden. Zusätzlich soll mit Hilfe des Ausblicks auch die Möglichkeiten für aufbauende Forschung aufgezeigt werden.

How could China, with the largest population on earth and its equally diverse population, go from being an emerging economy with an average income of 54 US dollars per year, to the economic power it is today? First, the country will be presented as such, then we consider the economic growth and the sectors. In the third chapter, we focus on the reforms, their impact on the people and the economy. Then, in the next chapter, we will deal with the energy and resources. China's influence in Africa is dealt with in the fifth chapter and the "One Belt One Road" initiative follows in the sixth chapter. Finally, there is a summary with an outlook on the future of China and the global economy.Das Thema dieser Arbeit ist die chinesische Wirtschaft, und der Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem außerordentlich schnellen Wachstum dieser Wirtschaft. Wie konnte sich China mit der größten Bevölkerung der Erde und seiner ebenso vielfältigen Bevölkerung von einem Schwellenland mit einem Durchschnittseinkommen von 54 US-Dollar pro Jahr zu der Wirtschaftsmacht entwickeln, die es heute ist? Zunächst wird das Land als solches vorgestellt, dann betrachten wir das Wirtschaftswachstum und die Sektoren. Im dritten Kapitel konzentrieren wir uns auf die Reformen und ihre Auswirkungen auf die Menschen und die Wirtschaft. Im nächsten Kapitel geht es dann um Energie und Ressourcen. Chinas Einfluss in Afrika wird im fünften Kapitel behandelt und die "One Belt One Road"-Initiative folgt im sechsten Kapitel. Abschließend gibt es eine Zusammenfassung mit einem Ausblick auf die Zukunft Chinas und der Weltwirtschaft.

In the German market, a white space is emerging in the short-term housing market, serving tenants who are looking for an uncomplicated, fast, and convenient solution to get a personalized and unique flat "home away from home". Coli are flats provided by Vonovia and furnished by Westwing. Vonovia enables this concept of simplicity, choice and personalization with its more than 500 000 flats in 400 German locations. A Coli flat can be easily booked via app or website: a two-door process, in which in the first step the location and basic design of already existing flats are selected, in the second step tenants can book aesthetic personalization and services, enables the customer to get a perfect individualized flat. Coli’s target market are business travelers who must go on a project-related month(s)-long business trips or temporary trainings. The privacy of living in a flat that feels like home massively increases the recreational factor of its users. With the slogan "a home that relocates with you", Coli's mission is to offer an ”all-inclusive-solution” for an aesthetic, personalized, interior-designed home to anyone looking for an apartment for a limited period, with convenience, quick booking process and a ready-to-move-in approach, while satisfying the demands and concerns that usually arise during a short-term move.

Specifically, this study has the following objectives: To find out the level of the effect of trust on customer loyalty the case of commercial banks in Nekemte banks.Banking industry in Ethiopia has stiff competition thus banks need to consider various strategic options and programs in order to survive and thrive. One of strategy is Customer Relationship Marketing. This study was aimed to examine the effect of customer relationship marketing dimensions (trust, commitment, conflict handling, communication, empathy competence and customer satisfaction) on customer loyalty of commercial banks in Nekemte town. The researcher was used both probability and non-probability sampling techniques to select sample respondents from the total population under this study. Data were collected through the five point’s likert scales of questionnaires and used mixed research approach was used. To achieve the objective of the study, questionnaire was physically distributed to 404 respondents of selected Commercial Banks in Nekemte town. Out of 404 customers 375 92.8% of customers were completed and collected. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the collected data by using SPSS software version 24 and questionnaires reliability was estimated by calculating Cronbach’s Alpha. Descriptive analysis tools such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Inferential statistical analysis tools such as correlation coefficient was worked out and used to explore the relationships between variables. And regression analysis was performed to study the effect of independent variables on dependent variable.

        &lt;p&gt;Welche Bedeutung hat das Zuhause? Wie ist es durch das Bürgerliche Gesetzbuch geschützt? Der Autor entwickelt – ausgehend von sozialtheoretischen Erkenntnissen – eine interdisziplinäre Kommentierung und Systematisierung wohnraumbezogener Vorschriften des Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuchs. Das so vertiefte Verständnis für den Regelungszweck dieser Vorschriften (insbesondere rund um Kauf und Miete sowie Eigentum und Besitz) hilft bei Definitionen, Auslegungen sowie Abwägungen. Dadurch kann zum Beispiel die gerichtliche Praxis besser Lebensrealitäten einbeziehen – wie auch Emotionen, die den Wohnraum zum Zuhause machen. Die Arbeit schafft somit eine theoretische Grundlage in der praktischen Arbeit mit wohnraumbezogenen Rechtsfragen.&lt;/p&gt;

Master's Thesis from the year 2021 in the subject Economics - Case Scenarios, Addis Ababa University (College of Business and Economics), course: DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND DEVELOPMENT  MANAGEMENT, language: English, abstract: In recent years, the concept of e-governance has flourished rapidly with the advancement of Information and Communication Technology. The general objective of the study is to assess the Prospects and Challenges of E-Governance in Public Service Delivery in the Case of Fitche Town Land Administration, North Shoa Zone, Oromia Regional State.The study employs a descriptive type of research design to describe the prospects and challenges of e-governance in Fitche town land administration. This study combines both a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach. The target population of the study is both the customer and employees of land administration in Fitche town. The researcher randomly selects 70 service receivers who are convenient and 42 or all number of employees in the sector. Generally, 112 participants are applied to this study from both employees and customers of the sector. The data collected from participants of the study were analyzed through descriptive statistical methods such as frequency and percentage. The study revealed that e-governance is a new concept and infant ages in the public service delivery, especially in the Fiche town land administration sector. It reveals that there is a low status of e-governance in the sector. Even if e-governance is on the infant age in the sector it gives many contributions in service delivery in the sector like save time, reduce bribery, increase transparency and accountability in the sector. The research found that infrastructure like internet access was the major significant challenging issue in the success of e-governance system in the sector and Lack of training was also one of the main obstacles to success in e-governance in the selected sector. Therefore, the study recommended that the sector should mainly focus on the clarity in terminology is important, not just to academics. It is also important for politicians and others engaged in the development of public policy on the utilization of ICT in government, and also pieces of training are important for the success of e-governance in the land administration sector.

&lt;p&gt;Die Versorgung der Bevölkerung mit bezahlbarem Wohnraum stellt für Kommunen eine Herausforderung dar. Viele Städte und Gemeinden haben kooperative Baulandmodelle eingeführt, durch die der Vorhabenträger an den Kosten und Lasten der Wohnbaulandentwicklung beteiligt wird und sich dazu verpflichtet, sozial geförderten Wohnraum zu errichten. Die Arbeit zeigt mögliche Regelungsinhalte von städtebaulichen Verträgen auf und untersucht deren rechtliche Grenzen. Zudem wird das neue Instrument des sektoralen Bebauungsplans zur Wohnraumversorgung beleuchtet und dessen Einfluss auf die Entstehung bezahlbaren Wohnraums. Die Arbeit adressiert Mitarbeitende der Bau- und Rechtsämter der Kommunen, Rechtsanwälte sowie Vertreter von Planungsbüros.&lt;/p&gt;
