Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2023 im Fachbereich BWL - Sonstiges, Note: 1,3, , Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In der vorliegenden Hausarbeit soll der Fokus auf der Wirkungsanalyse liegen, es wird dargestellt, wie diese theoretisch aufgebaut ist. Als literarische Grundlagen dienen die Ausführungen von Helmig und Boenigk, die die finanzielle Rechtfertigung in den Vordergrund rücken, sowie das Konzept aus dem Kursbuch Wirkung von PHINEO, welche sich auf die tatsächlichen Wirkungen bezüglich der Zielgruppen- und Gesellschaftsebene konzentrieren. Beide Quellen verdeutlichen den möglichen Ablauf der Methode. Des Weiteren soll eine grobe Darstellung erfolgen, wie das theoretische Konzept auf ein bestimmtes Projekt einer NPO angewendet werden könnte, um eine erfolgversprechendere Auffassung für die Umsetzung der Wirkungsanalyse zu erlangen. Es muss berücksichtigt werden, dass nicht jeder Punkt bis ins Detail ausgearbeitet werden kann, da dies den Umfang der schriftlichen Ausarbeitung übersteigen würde. Die Herausforderungen, welche die Methode mit sich bringt, sollen kritisch diskutiert werden. 

Zu Beginn werden die grundlegenden Begriffe, welche für ein besseres Verständnis der anschließenden Konzepte dienen, definiert. Anschließend liegt der Fokus auf den theoretischen Ausführungen von Bernd Helmig und Silke Boenigk und denen von PHINEO. Entsprechend dieser Erarbeitung werden allgemeine Herausforderungen, die sich bei der Durchführung einer Wirkungsanalyse ergeben können, angegeben. Der zweite Teil der Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Darstellung der Wirkungsanalyse am Projektbeispiel FreD (Frühintervention bei erstauffälligen Drogenkonsumenten). Dafür erfolgt eine Literaturanalyse der Publikationen des Projektanbieters, entsprechend dem Konzept der Wirkungsanalyse nach PHINEO. Auch hier werden die Herausforderungen, welche die Wirkungsanalyse mit sich bringt, einbezogen, um aufzuzeigen, welche Faktoren berücksichtigt werden müssen oder auf welche Problematiken man sich einstellen muss. Abschließend findet ein Fazit der Arbeit statt.

Shielding offers a collection of conceptual approaches through which bodies, intentionally or involuntarily, become shields. Bodies take on an ambivalent status in the process: they serve as protection or a buffer and express resistance. At the same time, they turn and are turned into weapons when they intervene on the ground and politically, in war, conflicts, and through activism. The contributorsaddress the idea of bodily integrity, both in a material sense and with regard to the symbolic and ethical relations that a body entangles. The book engages with ongoing debates around the re-evaluation of corporeality and embodiment in contemporary socio-political contexts.

Case Study from the year 2024 in the subject Business economics - E-Commerce, grade: A, , language: English, abstract: This paper focuses on how Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning have changed decisions in retailing, healthcare, financing, and manufacturing careers. They demonstrate how AI is used in supply chain management to support the decision-making process by making forecasts, processing data, and optimizing operations, leading to higher efficiency, decreased costs, and increased customer satisfaction. Thus, the research incorporates quantitative and qualitative approaches, such as surveys and interviews with key stakeholders, and employs statistical and content analysis methods

While adopting the decision theory and systems thinking perspectives, this research paper highlights the necessity of effectively and adequately implementing AI into an organization permanently to achieve more benefits. The following are realizable out-of-the-box solutions that the study suggests, including audiences for employees, data protection for compliance, and conscientization of fairness in AI algorithms. Future directions include situations where these applications are to be broadened to weigh on ethical issues and to encourage optimal technological fairness that will, in turn, ensure sustainable business improvement and innovation.
