Die datenschutzrechtlichen Anforderungen für Online-Services richten sich nicht nur nach dem allgemeinen Datenschutz - der DSGVO. Verantwortliche müssen darüber hinaus die internetspezifischen Datenschutzvorschriften auf nationaler Ebene (Telekommunikation-Telemedien-Datenschutz-Gesetz - TTDSG) beachten.
