Examining strategy and decision-making at an organisational level, this is the first empirical contribution on cultural policy and management, revealing how it is applied across the globe in otherwise unexplored countries. Die Schulnoten haben oft eine geringe Aussagefähigkeit darüber, ob der Bewerber die Ausbildung aufgrund seiner bisherigen Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten meistern kann, da die schulischen Anforderungen häufig nicht äquivalent mit jenen im Betrieb sind. Mit Hilfefestgelegter Testverfahren können Unternehmen die Bewerber mit derselben Methode prüfen, um eine bessere Vergleichbarkeit zu gewährleisten. Mit welchen Aufgaben sie konkret rechnen müssen, hängt vom einzelnen Unternehmen und von der angestrebten Ausbildung ab. Es ist wichtig, dass die für die Ausbildungsanforderungrelevanten Bereiche getestet werden, um Fehlbesetzungen zu verhindern. Daher sind international tätige Unternehmen, wie auch das Unternehmen „ABC“, darauf ausgerichtet, daraus resultierende Fehlinvestitionen zu vermeiden.Seit dem 1. Oktober 2007 hat die „ABC“ GmbH die Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann durch das duale Studium zum Industriekaufmann mit Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration ersetzt.Der bisherige Einstellungstest entspricht daher nicht den Leistungskriterien des Ausbildungsprofils für das duale Studium und kann deshalb nicht mehr zur Findung geeigneter Kandidaten für das duale Studium eingesetzt werden. Es stellt sich die Frage, welche Bereiche für das neue Ausbildungsprofil im neuen modifiziertenEinstellungstest relevant sind.Der Gegenstand dieser Projektarbeit ist es, zu erforschen, welche Themenbereiche beibehalten oder modifiziert und welche Module neu entwickelt werden müssen.
