My Strategic Mind

The book "My Strategic Mind" is an original work based on my extensive experience in analysis, managing people and missions, and a range of innovative approaches to understanding what strategy is and how to deliver new ideas that make sense for managers, not only in theory but also in real-life practice.

It begins with a simple, compelling story about the rise of the number one cloud services vendor, stressing how a strong theory, namely the strategy theory of Professor Michael Porter of Harvard University, comes to life when implemented in the AWS story.

The book then dives deeper into the strategy rabbit hole, where you will encounter new and original approaches and theories on what strategy is, how to measure it, when it is formed, and how we aim to accomplish it. I strongly support a phrase I once heard about strategy: it is a gamble on how to move from starting point A to desired point B while maintaining the course successfully. It is a gamble because it represents the chosen path to compete and outperform your adversaries.
>The book concludes with an appendix, which is not a traditional appendix, but rather real market research published by us, Webintelligency. I chose to call it an appendix because it is not a theoretical article. However, it is included in the book because it addresses one of the most current and pressing issues faced in the EU. This report examines the possible outcomes of EU strategy over the next decade, impacting not only Europe but the world. The case of "The EU 2035" serves as a fitting conclusion to a book that focuses on strategic thinking, original ideas, and managerial responsibility.
