It also encourages the evaluation of wellbeing-related initiatives, to develop an evidence-based, sustainable approach to its inclusion. The contributions to this volume each focus upon different aspects of wellbeing and the curriculum, including the applications of vulnerability and social identity theory, the role of transitions and inductions, the implementation and evaluation of law school wellbeing initiatives, reflections on both the Socratic method and assessment, the results of a longitudinal student study and a consideration of the legal profession's perspective. In verschiedenen Beiträgen geht Monika Betzler der Frage nach, welche Grenzen moralische Forderungen setzen und welchen Grenzen diesen Forderungen selbst gesetzt sind und gesetzt werden sollten. 
In einem ersten Teil liegt der Fokus darauf zu zeigen, inwiefern moralische Forderungen der Realisierung zentraler Werte Grenzen setzen. Gleichzeitig geht es darum zu bestimmen, inwiefern moralische Forderungen selbst begrenzt werden. Schließlich können diese zu weit gehen, sie können konfligieren und nicht mehr durch übergeordnete moralische Erwägungen gelöst werden. Sie können ihre normative Kraft aber auch aufgrund äußerer Umstände verlieren.
Während sich der zweite Teil der Beiträge vornehmlich mit der Frage beschäftigt, inwiefern das, was Autonomie und rationales Handeln ausmacht, eigenen nicht-moralischen Forderungen unterliegt, zeigen die Beiträge des dritten Teils, warum persönliche Projekte, Ziele und Nahbeziehungen die Forderungen der Moral einschränken können und sollen.
