In particular, a phase-related consideration of the ¿tipping point¿ is decisive for the appropriate allocation of responsibility. The study includes other forms of allocating responsibility, including in trade mark and copyright law and in connection with artificial intelligence. The findings of the respective allocation of responsibility are then compared in order to identify European commonalities.
