»The Internal Liability of the Management Board under the Supply Chain Duty of Care Act (LkSG)«: The study examines the special features that arise due to the LkSG in the context of the internal liability of management boards. A particular focus is placed on the legal uncertainty inherent in the LkSG and the statutory scope for decision-making in the fulfillment of duties of care. In terms of legal consequences, the author deals with the legal admissibility of recourse to fines. Finally, he notes that the internal liability of management boards is expanding due to new liability risks.
