'The Provisional Order. A Practicable Instrument for Acceleration? An Administrative Law and Administrative Science Study Using the Example of Federal Transport Infrastructure': With the provisional order, the possibility of an early start of construction was transferred with great expectations from the Federal Waterways Act to the Federal Trunk Roads Act and the General Railway Act. The paper analyses the instrument from the perspective of administrative law and administrative science. De lege lata, some of the standards are not practicable. Possibilities and limitations are identified and an attempt is made to make the instrument de lege ferenda more practicable for users by proposing a standard.
