This book examines how AI in employment can lead to sex discrimination and sets out a legal response through analysis and reform.The risk of sex discrimination in employment is being driven by the increasing use of artificial intelligence. While AI promises efficiency and economic value, its application in employment decision-making, from job advertising to recruitment and performance evaluations, can unintentionally perpetuate or even exacerbate existing sex discrimination.
