»Determination of Resolutions in the Law of Associations«: In companies, individual opinions must be transformed into the will of the association, and the will of the company is formed by means of a resolution. A large number of legal and practical problems are linked to this. A central anchor point is the determination of the result of the resolution, to which subsequent questions, such as the contestability and provisional effectiveness, are linked. The paper endeavors to systematize the issues across all associations.
