'The Use of Legal Tech in Compliance Management Systems': Ensuring legally compliant behavior is an increasing challenge for companies. This leads to the question of whether and to what extent legal tech can be used in compliance management systems. To answer this question, corresponding tools are presented and examined with regard to their compatibility with legal requirements. In addition, the effects of their use on the liability of the management board of a stock corporation are analyzed.
