The Austrian Yearbook on International Arbitration 2016 is a collection of articles on current issues in the area of commercial ans investment arbitration. All contributions are of relevance to academics and practitioners in the field. This is also reflected by the selection of authors for this edition.
Many contributions in the current edition reflect the topic of the Vienna Arbitration Days 2015 «Does Abritration Deliver ?» including Peter Rees? keynote speech. In addition, the Austrian Yearbook contains the Bergsten Lecture 2015 «TTIP ? Myths and Facts» delivered by John Beechey.
