Dieser Band der Reihe Beck'sche Musterverträge widmet sich dem Thema Stiftung, dabei vorwiegend dem sozialen Bereich.
Wie gewohnt enthält das Werk eine Einleitung in das Recht der Stiftungen und die Gestaltung von Stiftungssatzungen. Die Mustersatzungen sind zunächst vollständig abgedruckt, im Anschluss wird jede Klausel einzeln mit Alternativen und Varianten erläutert.
Die Rechtsanwaltschaft, Notarinnen und Notare und/oder Steuerberaterinnen und Steuerberater finden weiterführende Hinweise zu Literatur und Rechtsprechung als Endnoten am Schluss der Kommentierungen.
