WAVECREST: An International Project on the Economy, University, and the Environment in Vietnam 2026-2030 As a live document, WAVECREST offers a comprehensive structure of 3 thematic Parts: entrepreneurial conditions in Vietnam, international university education, and regional environmental programs. Together these Parts illustrate the interconnected nature of development challenges and opportunities facing Viet Nam during the 2026-2030 and beyond. Constructed with deliberation and balance, these Parts mutually reinforce one another for effective operations through coordinated, cross-sectoral strategies to ensure sustainable, inclusive, and resilient national and regional progress. Collectively, these Parts present a cohesive establishment toward an Integrated and Sustainable Development Trajectory. Nguyen Van Hanh, Ph.D., came to the U.S. for college education, returned to Vietnam to fight in the war, and became the leading official responsible for America's refugee programs for most of recent decades. WAVECREST 2026-2030 brings forward the author's commitments and actions to engage in trans-generation conversations, and participation in significant contemporary projects to enrich lives in our changing society.
