'Publication of (Automatically) Anonymized Court Decisions': Although court decisions must be published to ensure transparancy, on average only 2.3% of decisions were published. Prior to publication, court desicions need to be anonymized comprehensively, while this is currently mostly done manually. This not only leads to a publication deficit, but also to insufficient anonymization quality, as shown by a de-anonymization experiment. An automatic anonymization based on AI is proposed as a solution for the two problems.
